Rules and Regulations:

For participation, the school must be registered with us.
Participation of every child is accepted through schools only.
Students must attach the group-specific entry form provided on the last page of the Evergreen Scrapbook with the appropriate participation sheet.
Incomplete forms will be terminated.
Students can also participate through the entry form attached on the last page of Evergreen Scrapbooks or can contact the school for same.
Decision of the judges will be considered final.
Winning entries will be considered as a company's property. Nobody else has the right to claim on the same.
Ved Parkash and Sons reserves all rights to withdraw or eliminate the contest at any point of time.

Schools are requested to select the medal winners as per the following ratio:

FOR EACH GROUP
No. of Entries	No. of Medals
45	1 set of medals (Gold, Silver and Bronze)
90 and above	2 sets of medals (Gold, Silver and Bronze)
