RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
Rules and Regulations:
- For participation, the school must be registered with us.
- Participation of every child is accepted through schools only.
- Incomplete forms will be terminated.
- Students can also participate through the entry form attached on the last page of Evergreen drawing books or can contact the school for same.
- Decision of the judges will be considered final.
- Winning entries will be considered as a company's property. Nobody else has the right to claim on the same.
- Ved Parkash and Sons reserves all rights to withdraw or eliminate the contest at any point of time.
- Participation Certificates to every Participant
- Appreciation Certificates to every Teacher for their efforts
- A memento for each School's participation in the event
Schools are requested to select the additional hamper winners in the elementary round as per the following ration for each group:

Each Group-wise entries given to us will be entitled to get additional special hampers.
* Schools must keep the group-wise hamper winning entries and the group-wise non-winning entries separately. Our representatives will allocate the rewards as per the entries collected by them. The names of the winners should be kept carefully by the respective schools to enable us to provide the gift hampers to the winners.
